Cleaning Specialist
Seeking a professional cleaner to perform cleaning and maintenance duties. The cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, kitchen and bathrooms services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities
- Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents
- Clean and disinfect surface areas, and counter surfaces
- Performs general vacuum, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping of all floors types
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers
- Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrubbing and disinfect sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Cleaning/dusting windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy
- Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
- Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
Nice to Have Experience
- Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided
Floor Care Specialist
OCC is looking for a hard working experienced floor care specialist. We are looking for a long term individual with a solid work history, knowledge, and experience in the floor maintenance industry. (Stripe, Wax, Carpet extraction & wooden floors).
Floor Care Specialist is a physical position. All qualified candidates must be able to meet physical demands and have no physical restrictions.
Floor Care Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring all floor work is accomplished according to OCC and all safety guidelines.
- Completing all floor work (Stripe, Wax, buffering, Carpet extraction & wooden floors). using work tickets
- Work with our Operations team to establish the order the work needs to be completed based on priority on any given day
- Complete work within allotted time given
- Maintain control and daily maintenance on assigned equipment
- Cover custodial duties as requested occasionally
Floor Care Requirements and Qualifications
- Report to work on time when scheduled, using proper clock in/out procedures
- Must be able to operate all equipment associated with floor work and meet physical demands, standing, kneeling, lifting, squatting, pulling, pushing, etc.
- Must have a valid driver license and vehicle insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Meet physical requirements

Administrative Assistant
Our small but growing janitorial company is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle clients and employees facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When someone reaches our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication in Spanish and English and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities and Duties
- Open the office and transfer lines back to the office first thing in the morning
- Check the daily schedule and make sure the teams understand the daily work orders. Ability to make changes if required
- Disinfect office common areas and assure the employees do sign the health sheet before they sent to work
- Greet clients and employees as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
- Follow office manager instructions
Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma accepted
- Ideal candidate with at least 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Ability to create organized filing system
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Experience with Quickbook and Janitorial Manager or willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
- Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
