Yanelys Gonzalez founded OCC in 2000. She is fully bilingual in English & Spanish and is an active member of the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCAI).
Her experiences in the building service industry has helped her understand, plan and create unique strategies to preserve loyal clients and deliver constant and optimal customer service that exceeds expectations.

Nelson Gonzalez Jr. , VP of Operations
Nelson Gonzalez Jr. has served as the Operations Manager of OCC since 2008. His professional career in Commercial Building Services starts back in 2000.
In his role, Nelson takes care of the company logistics, organization, and supervision – managing around 30 employees.
